Welcome to German-Podcast

Welcome to German-Podcast.de. This podcast will teach you German. Lesson one starts with no requirements on your part. This is an easy lesson that is intended to get you (and me) started. Future lessons will elaborate on this.

The first lesson is about how to say hello and good morning and ask for your name. You can find the MP3 file here and the PDF transcript here.

You can subscribe to the podcast with iTunes on this page: http://feeds.feedburner.com/German-podcast

Stephen,

I am just starting your lessons, picking up your podcast at 021. I love Deutschland and its Literatur und Kultur. Thank you for the work you have put into this.

Thanks for these podcasts! Just thought I'd comment--I'm starting now too. I don't have a background in German really, just tried listening to some German music, movies...and I have a German friend =) Thanks a lot for doing this free stuff for us!

Thank you very much. I am living in Germany for the next 4 months, and I don't know any German. This is very helpful! I appreciate all of the time and effort you put into this. I know this must be very time consuming

Great podcast. I know a little French but no German at all. I lived in Strasbourg for a few months and heard it all around me. Keep up the good work!
